Project Feature

Oakmont Point

This project for Ryan Companies included the total demolition of two post-tensioned concrete structures, removal of precast facade, complete interior gut-out, removal of roofing materials, and shoring, as well as de-tensioning and re-tensioning. Additionally, our team was able to ensure there was no damage to slab edges, columns, or beams, even though there was less than a 15-foot gap between the remaining structures. Overall, the project had over 97% of all materials recycled and diverted from landfill.
