Donna joins our team with over 20 years of experience in the industry and a knack for making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Her day to day work takes a lot of prioritizing and timing, but at the end of the day, allows her to feel accomplished in a job well done.
She is excited to be working with the group oriented team at Milburn where "everyone seems to have the 'if I succeed you succeed – we are all in this together' thought process." Having started off in the industry in an basic position herself, she wants to remind younger generations that wherever you start out, there is always room for growth. She enjoys getting to continue to grow even now as she learns new processes and more advanced skills.
When not at work Donna enjoys going to hear live music and having dinner with friends or hanging out in her back yard on a nice day. Very low key but joyful.
