Darcy likes to spend his free time being active, as he enjoys working out and organizing weekly bike rides with family and friends. He looks up to “all hardworking, honest individuals who instill these values in their kids.”
After gaining 16 years of industry experience, Darcy joined the Milburn team in August 2021 as a Controller. His main responsibilities with Milburn revolve around overseeing our finance and accounting operations. Before coming to Milburn, Darcy earned his degree in finance and marketing from Southern Illinois University, then tackled various related positions with steel manufacturing and construction companies.
Darcy appreciates “being part of a team where everyone loves their job and the company they work for,” a mindset that fits in perfectly with Milburn. He also enjoys how Milburn has a relaxed yet hardworking atmosphere and “promotes social interaction at work,” characteristics that he believes drive Milburn’s appeal among the younger generation.
Even though he only joined Milburn recently, Darcy has already made a significant impact on our team, and we look forward to him being part of our family for years to come.
