Why we're trusted

We never rest on our laurels. We never take for granted that “the way we’ve always done things” is the best way to tackle a project. We work hard every day to ensure we’re using the best practices for each job, and to fully embrace the improved processes offered by technology. The day we stop learning and refining our methods is the day MILBURN gets left behind by the competition — we’re committed to making sure that day never arrives. If you want to know more, we’re always happy to share what we’ve learned.
Reason #1

Due Diligence

Before we finalize any agreement for demolition we perform a comprehensive demolition plan to ensure the project will be completed efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and with the utmost attention to safety. We perform our own site analysis using our in-house estimating and operations teams to determine the approach that offers the best value to our customers. This due diligence is what allows us to handle any demolition project, regardless of scope or complexity.

Reason #2

Experienced People

Our people are the most valuable part of our company. From project estimators to superintendents to field laborers, we’ve built an experienced and capable demolition team that can provide the results you need. We're committed to providing all of our people with top-notch training, technology, and equipment to ensure we're able to solve any problem that comes our way.

Reason #3

Technology Usage

We use cutting-edge technology to help make our field and office teams more successful and limit mistakes. In the field, we’ve implemented demolition water jets, house-made water jet dust reduction systems, and new attachments to help keep our teams safer and more productive. Additionally, our foremen and office team use tablets to maintain constant communication and react in real-time to changes in the field.

Reason #4

Safety

The motto printed on our company shirts since day one has always been “Safety is our culture.” Safety is ingrained at the core of our company, from senior-level leadership to laborers on the ground. We maintain current safety training methods and implement new and unique safety concepts, and we truly believe we are not doing our job correctly if anyone working at MILBURN goes home hurt.

Client Testimonials

MILBURN executed a unique demolition project that included interior demolition, removal of precast facade, and selective demolition of a post-tensioned concrete structure. During the post-tension structure modifications, several unforeseen conditions in the existing post tensioning were encountered. We were impressed with the quick reaction and creative solutions brought to the table by the MILBURN team. MILBURN drove solutions, rather than sitting back and waiting for others to resolve problems. Once the issues were resolved, MILBURN worked seven days a week to expedite the remainder of the demolition, and minimize overall impact on our schedule. Throughout the process, MILBURN never compromised on safety.
